CHRIS WISE

There are 3 factors that motivate Chris: His faith Helping others succeed Creating strong relationships Being a C12 Chair perfectly fits his motivation and skill set – allowing him to work in his “sweet spot.” After beginning his professional career in Green Bay as a marketer, he joined one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies in 1996. Over an 18-year span Chris and his family enjoyed five relocations. He saw success in sales, which lead  to overseeing initial training, then managing a team with over $40 million in annual sales while serving on the National Business and Corporate Integrity Team. After earning an MBA, Chris became president of a custom packaging manufacturer in Appleton, Wisconsin, focusing on innovation, people development and project process flow. He led changes that improved operational processes and increased manufacturing capacity resulting in a second manufacturing facility. Chris believes in giving back to the community. He serves (or has served) as Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Family Radio Network, on the YMCA’s Mission Emphasis Committee and Corporate Board, the Board of Directors for his church, a small group leader for the high school youth group, and men’s ministry as well.  Most importantly, Chris has been married to Krista, his high school sweetheart, for over 26 years. Their 4 children range from married and in the workforce, to college students and even one still in high school. The Wise family is focused on making a difference by expanding God’s Kingdom through daily application of their family mission of: Wisdom, Integrity, Self-Discipline and Enthusiasm.

TIM TEMBY

Tim has 30+ years of global leadership experience having served as an executive (Group President, Sector President, Segment COO) for ITW, Marmon and Oshkosh Corp.  In the middle of his career, he led sales and marketing for a $50M+ family-owned distributor of welding supplies and fasteners. He later founded an executive and business coaching company where he consistently helped clients generate results that far exceeded their best historical performance.  These included privately held companies, ESOP’s and Fortune 200 companies. While delivering and coaching business performance was rewarding, he felt like something was missing.  Finally, GOD let him to a C12 Missionpreneur webinar where he saw it was possible to help generate BOTH success and significance by equipping Christian CEOs and owners to build great business for a greater purpose. Tim also served as a board member for several profit and non-profits including Vortex Optics, The Boys and Girls Club of the Fox Valley, United Way Fox Cities, American Welding Society, and The Miller Electric Credit Union.  He currently serves as an advisory board member for We Care Senior Care, and as board member and treasure for the Clark Lake Advancement Association. He has an Associate Degree in Electronics from FVTC, a Business Management Degree from Silver Lake College, and an EMBA Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is blessed to be married to his wife Lisa (35+ years). They have two adult daughters who work in the medical field. Also, a granddaughter and grandson on the way. Together, they enjoy vigorous hiking and the many outdoor opportunities available in Northeast Wisconsin.
